Hard to believe no one has been to the moon since the Apollo missions ended all those years ago. You think we’d be able to muster the technology and resources in the interim, but apparently not…
I watched this great documentary on the Apollo missions a while back. It was called In the Shadow of the Moon . It was absolutely beautiful and extremely informative, composed largely of newly declassified NASA footage, interviews with the original Apollo astronauts, all presented by Ron Howard. Luckily, the film is up on Youtube, in 10 parts, all of which can be found here.
