		<description>India is not regulated the same as America.  In many ways the people are much more free.

That being said, I don't think this is terribly dangerous for the babies.. Babies' skeletons are very cartilaginous, so they  can literally bounce right back...

That being said, I don't think this is a wise practice.</description>
