30 Day Fitness Challenge - Day 10

Day 10

No real update today - sorry to disappoint.  I got swamped with other tasks and there wasn’t a lot of time.  That’s alright, a day off every now and then isn’t a bad thing.  I did, however, go on a 2 mile walk with my dog in the park, so at least it was something!  We’ll pick up tomorrow.
